- Berkshire Anti-Homophobia Group - The Berkshire Anti-Homophobia Group was established in March 1998 by members of the local bisexual, gay and lesbian community. - Gingerbeer London Lesbian Guide
- Velvet - a magazine aimed at lesbian women. It's a bit more "intellectual" and issue based than what's currently on the market, with a bit of fun and humour as well, and some political articles dealing with lesbian specific issues, along with book and film reviews and a poetry section. It's quarterly, glossy, and full colour.

- The Pensions Advisory Service - an independent non-profit organisation that provides information and guidance on the whole spectrum of pensions covering State, company, personal and stakeholder schemes.
- Age Positive - Age Positive is the Government's campaign to tackle age discrimination and promote the business benefits of age diversity in the workplace. The website features information about why the government is bringing in age legislation by 2006, plus the Code of Practice on Age Diversity in Employment and good practice guidance, employer case studies, research and reports.

- Terrence Higgins Trust (THT)
- THT's guide to safer sex for gay and bisexual men
- Positive Response - a small Reading-based charity which raises money to help carers and people living with HIV. Grant applications from individuals are welcomed - use the form style="font-size: smaller;" on the website
- Alzheimer's Society's Gay and Lesbian Carers Network - a telephone helpline service staffed by gay men and lesbian women. These trained and skilled volunteers are able to offer a listening ear to gay and lesbian carers.
Resources on the Web for Disabled Lesbians and Gay Men
- REGARD - The National Organisation of Disabled Lesbians and Gay Men
- Vigour - Visually Impaired gay support group
- Gemma - Organisation to lesson the isolation of disabled lesbian and bisexual women via a national friendship network, with a quarterly newsletter and socials. The newsletter is in standard print, large print, tape and Braille. Membership is open to disabled and non-disabled women, aged 16 to no upper limit. London.
